Naparbier / To Øl Sai-Kaki-Son
Producer: Naparbier / To Øl
Country/Region: Noain, Pamplona (Spain)
Tasting: At home on 20th of June of 2015
Appearance: Clear and golden/orange beer and a little bit cloudy. White head but not so much persistent.
Nose: Fresh grass, orange and yeast.
Taste: A little bit sweetness at the beginning with clove notes. Refreshing and citrus at the end.
Notes: I am really fan of Naparbier. Probably, one of my favorite breweries in Spain. This beer was brewed between Napabier and To Øl (Norway). Probably, Sai-Kaki-Son is not the best beer of Napar but is a really decent beer. If you have the opportunity to go to Spain, try to get some Napabier, in UK is difficult to find it. If you want to know more about Sai-Kaki-Son, you can read an interview (in Spanish )that Zombier made months ago.
