Beavertown Gamma Ray American Pale Ale
Beer: Gamma Ray
Style: American Pale Ale
Country/Region: Tottenham Hale, London (UK)
Tasting: At home
Appearance: Golden with good white and creamy head.
Nose: Peach and mango as primary, but also, citrus and pine.
Taste: Moderate bitterness, citrus with a resinous ending. Well balanced.
Notes: First beer for the Beavertown Beer Week. This one is probably one of our favorites APA that We’ve found in the UK. The aromas that we can find in this beer are awesome, produced by the dry hop and the balance between malts (best pale, caragold and caramalt) and hops (Columbus, bravo, amarillo, citra and calypso) are spectacular. This Beavertown Gamma Ray is excellent if you want to pair with roast pork or sausages and mash but also with a cheese board.
